please get a morning announcement speech ready and send someone up by THURSDAY for advertisement of our booth.

FRIDAY; 13FEB.
- school releases @ 12.15pm (CELEBRATE!!)
- deco committee especially, please get the booth ready by 5pm. teachers will do a quality check so please dont embarrass us heh heh.
- have we decided that the colours will be black, electric blue, yellow, and silver?
*take note* : flimsy stuff like balloons and such CAN be attached on sat, but please come early.
SATURDAY; 14FEB.
- school gates open @ 6am, deco committee please come early if you have to attach the deco and such.
- everyone else who hasnt been commanded by me to come early to help set up, please report to the field infront of the grandstand by 8am. attendance will be taken!
- there will be 2 duty rosters, 1 - the manning of the booths and 2 - the runners, who will go round the school asking people to dedicate songs. please stick to the duty roster OR WE WILL HUNT YOU DOWN (muahahah)
- only 7 people are allowed to touch the coupons - YenYin, Shearin, Kimberly, Meaghan, Nurin, Ria, and Snigdha. rest of 2N, BACK OFF.
*take note* these 7, if money goes missing, we will be held accountable. whenever you get your hands on a coupon, write SONG DEDI on the back of the coupon really big-ly and put it into the money box.
- DO NOT throw away the song dedi order paper thinggie even after the DJ reads them out, we have to check if the money collected and the songs dedicated match up.
- we will close our booth at 3pm i think, rest of 2N who are not on duty please report to the parade square at 3.30pm for attendace taking and dismissal.
*take note* if you have to leave early for tuition/CCA/competition, please tell Mrs Yeo in advance.
yeap, that would be all (SO FAR) yay. oh btw, i will be leaving for competition at around 11 or 12, so i wont be there during cleanup wahahaha. our target to raise on saturday is $300 okay? OH YEAH preordering is allowed. if anyone comes to our class asking to dedicate songs, pass them a order form kay! yay thanks.
